You can make payment to us in cash or by cheque. A bank transfer before or during your holiday is also acceptable.

Cancellation, no-show, late arrival or early departure
Regrettably, there is no right of withdrawal under the consumer protection code. We offer the following conditions for cancellation, in accordance with the General Terms of Business: After the definite reservation, you transfer a deposit of 25% of the total amount. We will advise you of the precise amount via email. This transfer is the booking confirmation. In the event of a cancellation up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit will be returned in full via bank transfer. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days up to one week prior to the arrival day, the deposit will be retained as compensation. Within the last week and in case of early depar-ture, late arrival or no-show, 100% of the booked accommodation will be charged.
Travel insurance
Something may happen prior to the start of the holiday, with a cancellation insurance you are financially secured. In the event that you start your holiday late, or in case of a cancellation or you break off your holiday early, cancellation fees are charged. In order to prevent any costs being in-curred in such cases, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
